Performance
SLU-PP-332
SLU-PP-332 is a synthetic small molecule agonist of the estrogen-related receptors ERR-alpha and ERR-gamma, which are master regulators of mitochondrial biogenesis and oxidative metabolism. It mimics key transcriptional effects of endurance exercise, increasing expression of genes involved in fatty acid oxidation and mitochondrial function. Animal studies have demonstrated improved exercise endurance and resistance to diet-induced obesity without actual physical training.
