CJC-1295
CJC-1295 (without DAC) is a synthetic 30-amino-acid GHRH analog with four amino acid substitutions that confer enhanced resistance to enzymatic degradation by dipeptidyl peptidase-IV (DPP-IV). It stimulates pulsatile growth hormone release from the pituitary with a shorter duration of action compared to the DAC-conjugated variant. It is frequently combined with GHRP peptides such as ipamorelin for synergistic GH elevation.
