Sermorelin
Sermorelin is a synthetic peptide corresponding to the first 29 amino acids of human growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH 1-29). It binds to GHRH receptors on anterior pituitary somatotrophs to stimulate endogenous growth hormone synthesis and secretion. It was previously FDA-approved for diagnostic use and pediatric growth hormone deficiency, and preserves the natural pulsatile pattern of GH release.
